Psychotherapy is a form of talk therapy that can be highly effective in helping individuals address mental health issues and emotional struggles. Through a collaborative process with a trained therapist, patients can identify and explore the root causes of their problems, develop coping strategies, and work towards improving their overall well-being. The ultimate goal of psychotherapy is to help individuals lead more fulfilling lives by managing their symptoms and achieving personal growth.
